The rooms werenice and neat and the staff was great. The hotel had a fantastic location, close to historical sites, shopping, and a night watchman tour. It was also a very peaceful and quiet place to stay. The parking garage was a nice addition.

The lighting in the room was poor and there were several broken or missing light bulbs. The bath towels were thin and the bath tub setup made taking a shower a challenge.

Breakfast options included coffee and scrambled eggs, worth the extra charge. Convenient location for shops, restaurants, river, and landmarks. Spacious and comfortable apartment-style room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant with great beef dishes. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel like family.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location on the charming pedestrian street of Linze Gasse was perfect, just a short walk across the river from the Old Town. Although it was a bit difficult to approach by car, the hotel's enhanced comfort and quality services more than made up for any shortcomings. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any questions or requests. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring.

We visited during Christmas and the hotel had a cozy and festive atmosphere. The decorations were beautiful and really put us in the holiday spirit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious, with a wide selection of food and drink options to choose from. We also really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was centrally located and allowed us to easily explore the city and visit all the popular sights. The hotel was surrounded by shops, cafes, and bars, making it convenient for us to find places to eat and drink.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room we were given was quite small and cramped, difficult for us to move around comfortably, especially with all our Christmas presents and luggage.

It is within walking distance of all sites and offers easy access to most sights or restaurant options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with updated bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. Guests can also enjoy a cute little bar in the lobby.

The street noise can be a bit bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the main walking street. It's also just a short walk over the river from the Old Town, so it's really convenient for exploring all the sites. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also loved the sun terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The only slight issue we had was that the reception desk could be more efficient. But despite that, we would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staying in this hotel was such a great experience for us. The location of this venue is amazing, situated in the bustling pedestrian area of this lovely place. It is within walking distance to all of the wonderful sites that this area has to offer. In addition, the service was exceptional, room service, car hire, shops/commercial services. The room itself was cozy and very comfortable with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and much more. The terrace and garden furniture were a lovely touch too.

We were very impressed with our stay here. The reception desk could be more efficient but that was a minor detail.

Our group of friends loved this hotel's location! We were right in the centre of all the shopping, dining and sightseeing we could want. We loved being able to walk to the top of the fortress and getting great views. The room was spacious, clean and had a large bathroom. The breakfast was yummy and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a recently upgraded bathroom that had a lovely heated floor. Despite the lack of air-conditioning, the manager provided us with a portable fan that kept us cool. we had a fabulous time at Altstadt Hotel Stadtkrug and would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this charming hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city and a short walk from the old town. The hotel itself had a beautiful old world atmosphere. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything I needed and was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very nice, with a great shower. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
